My name is Tara Walsh. I'm a Licensed Esthetician and Master Lash Artist turned Entrepreneur. But before ever finding my true joy and passion for lash artistry, I spent 8 years working in the corporate world in Sales, Marketing, and New Business Development.
In 2016 I branched out to combine my love for lashes, business bad-assery and empowering women to create The Lashpreneur to help beauty business owners start, build and grow a thriving business on their own terms as I had done so in record time after investing in business coaching myself.
I knew other beauty pros so desperately needed business guidance and mentorship to take their businesses from a side hustle to a full-fledged, money-making career, so I followed my calling and have fallen in love with coaching and empowering the hungry and driven women in the beauty industry to reach their full potential in creating a business AND a life that they love!
My teaching style is funny, entertaining and compassionate and I have a unique, no BS approach to running a business that has impacted 1000s of beauty biz owners around the world and I hope to have a significant impact on your business life too!
