My name is Tara Walsh I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Master Lash Artist turned Entrepreneur. But before every finding my true joy and passion for lash artistry, I spent 8 years working in the corporate world in Sales, Marketing, and New Business Development. In 2016 I branched out to combine my love for lashes, business bad-assery and empowering women to create The Lashpreneur to help lash artists start, build and grow a thriving lash business on their own terms as I had done so in record time after investing in business coaching myself. I knew other lash artists so desperately needed business guidance and mentorship to take their lash businesses from a side hustle to a full-fledged, money-making career, so I followed my calling and have fallen in love with coaching and empowering the hungry and driven women in this industry! I have a witty teaching style and unique, no BS approach to running a lash business and I have impacted 1000s of Lash Artists around the world and I hope to have a significant impact on your lash biz life too!

Mackenzie recently joined Team Lashpreneur as the Executive Assistant and could not be happier to be a part of a company devoted to changing the lives of business owners across the globe. As Taras right hand woman, Mackenzie integrates all major operating functions of the business and works hard to ensure everyone and everything is rowing together in the same direction.

Mackenzie is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and a native to Southern California. In her free time, Mackenzie loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her adorable pup, Archie!

Kat Hucks

Community Manager / The Lashprenuer Society Coach

Recently appointed Lashpreneur Society Community Manager, Kat is thrilled to be helping ladies become successful in their businesses alongside her most favorite coach (Tara, Your my MFC lol.) and team Lashpreneur!

Kat has also recently become one of The Lashpreneur Societys new coaches! As a coach, Kat works hard to ensure members in our community have their questions answered, feel supported and valued, and are challenging themselves to grow their thriving lash business.

When not continuing her training or helping other boss babes, Kat runs her own solo lash and Beauty biz where she specializes in safe, natural-looking eyelash extensions

Her promise is to do no lash harm.

In her personal life, Kat enjoys spending time with her two beautiful sons, her paramedic husband, and her dogs Kayla and Milo. An accomplished musician; clarinet player turned vocalist, Kat served our country for 11 years in the United States Army. Art, beauty, and service to others are what drive her.

Chantal Waterson is a Creative VA that loves to work with small businesses to help keep their company on track, on brand and growing! From social media graphics, Ebook design, or online course material she’s got you covered. Being an entrepreneur (or more precisely mompreneur!) herself, she knows the highs and lows of running your own business and how chaotic that can make your life feel.

Her work philosophy is quite simple, make sure things are correct and just as importantly, beautiful. On the side, she’s a wife, mother, girl boss, chef, taxi driver and a self-professed interior design junkie!
